The company is a privately held firm which is engaged in growing and selling vegetables, horticultural specialties and nursery products. It was incorporated in July of 1994 and has a registered head office located in Isla-Cristina, Spain. Aside from selling, the company also operates as a horticulturist that works and conducts research in the disciplines of plant propagation and cultivation, crop production, plant breeding and genetic engineering, plant biochemistry, and plant physiology. It sells fruits, berries, nuts, vegetables, flowers, trees, shrubs, and turf. As a horticulturist, the company also works to improve crop yield, quality, nutritional value, and resistance to insects, diseases, and environmental stresses.
